Value Stream Mapping training is for anyone interested in highlighting opportunities form improvement in a process. In our course, Colorado Springs students learn:

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Training Course Overview:

Value Stream Mapping training enables Colorado Springs students to visually summarize processes highlighting their waste, and opportunities for improvement. Value Stream Mapping is an essential tool of Lean Manufacturing. 'Value stream' refers to the fact that the mapping is depicting the process flow by which raw materials, information, etc. are altered and combined forming something for which customers are willing to pay. Along the way, any actions for which customers are not willing to pay are considered waste and highlighted on the map. Wastes generally take the form of downtime, inventory, inspection, etc.; manifestations of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Colorado Springs

Millionaire City

Excellent choice! Colorado Springs served as the state's capital through Pike's Peak Gold Rush with a firm foundation in mining evolving into military, high tech, and tourism. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Training in Colorado Springs occurs in a naturally splendid setting; a high desert with mountain views and abundant opportunity for hiking, climbing, camping, and other outdoor activities. Probably the most famous of these is Pike's Peak; a 14K foot high potassium-rich pink granite summit. Others include Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings.

FMEA training via video conference was excellent with great real world examples. Material and format kept me engaged. The class was more than I expected. I (also) liked Measurement System Analysis training even though I was somewhat familiar with Gage R&R, I learned new techniques that can help me visualize the data quicker / easier. There were also areas where I was able to ask questions more applicable to my new role in this new company. Process Control training was informative and engaging. IATF training was excellent. Instructor was able to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond in assessing my own documentation. I now have not only a better understand of the subject, but I feel confident in the documents we send to our customers

Science

MBBC's GD&T course was at a good level and pace for an engineer out of school and with a good understanding of conventional tolerancing. I appreciated the use of real-life examples.
